SOX TrainingSarbanes-Oxley, also known as SOX, is the law passed by Congress and enacted in 2002 in response to the accounting scandals that occured in the late 1990s - 2000s with the likes of Enron, Tyco International and WorldCom.

The Act legislates SOX compliance requirements and stipulates penalties for non-compliance.

The Accounting Training Center offers SOX compliance training courses and materials for those individuals who need more information on Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Many of our courses qualify for CPE credit!
